Hope this is allowed. I am sharing a boat for sale that a friend of mine is trying to sell for the elderly owner. It has been on the hard for a few years, but it was maintained extremely well prior to that. It is definitely a project, but shouldn't take much to be a functional boat. 1982 360 Commander - Lake Erie

Looking to part with our 360 Commander, it is a "running" project boat, I say this because this past summer season we chose to leave it on the hard and removed the rear cockpit deck that was in need of repair, the deck had started to sink on the starboard side due to some rot on the supports over the life of boat. The deck has been removed, the supports on each side have been replaced and it is ready for the new cockpit deck to be built. I also removed the fuel tanks with the deck out and had a new one refabricated locally that is nearly ready for install. I have a beautiful boat that I must let go; I'm 73 and just can't keep up w/the maintenance. The hull is what you expect; heavily layered fiberglass in excellent condition. I installed a windlass w/a pulpit off a 28' Phoenix, had some beautiful teak wood work done around windows and door to cabin. Engines run, but need manifolds and risers. Port transmission needs rebuild/replace. 3 good batteries; house bank and starting. She is currently in a boat yard in Greenwich, CT., and must be gone by June 15. She is a GEM. Parting ways with our much Loved 42' Reasons. This 67' has a full Mohagany Interior, 2- 454 Crusaders, Full electrical suite, 9K generator.
