I have been trying to post an add and keeps rejecting saying technical issue and do not have permissions, and to ask site administrator for permission. Any advice?

I worked with Ken by phone. Issue still exists on his end when he went to post although a test post did publish
. He sent me the info and I posted for him and let the webmaster know of the glitch.
