360 Commander Sea Strainers
82 Commander with vintage type brass sea strainers; cleaned out and noticed no real gaskets at bottom or top where cap goes and it seats in bottom; some old silicone found there; any chance gasket kits are still around for these; also, one of the tie rods is missing thread/nut at top; never leaked last season; any insight appreciated - Greg

If they are Groco then yes. You just need the model number (Usually on the cap) and they are still in business. Good Luck.
