Help Wanted!! CCCC Treasury Training
Hi Folks, I am not leaving!! Let me get that out of the way.
When I agreed to serve another term I told the EC that I wanted to start training someone to fill my position after my term is up. (Treasurer is term limited to 2 terms.) So with that I'm looking for someone who either has experience or wants to learn it. Trust me its not a hard job, You don't need to be a CPA and Training Is all done remote online with me and takes about 2-3 hrs a month total Plus the monthly call. Here's what you need to know.
All work is Excel based (I use Google Sheets) So either program on your computer is necessary to be able to do this. You will have live access as my sheets have a share link so we can work live together.
All Statements and bills are online and used with a debit card mostly Auto debit.
And finally you will help prepare the monthly report to present on the call. That report is double checked with another member of the EC for accuracy beforehand so You have that as well.
