Does anyone know what and where to get the small vinyl trim that is between the aluminum frame and the wood panels on the salon doors to the cockpit?

Here are some photos of the vinyl. Does anyone know if the screws are removed from the top and bottom ofvthe frame will it come apart to remove the panel so it can bevrecinished in the shop?
