Searching for Specific Marina.....
Dear Collective,
Some time ago while going through the classifieds at a moment in time when I thought I was ready to purchase and begin my CC journey, I saw in the background photo of the advertised vessel, a beautiful marina setup that I thought was genius.
It looked like adjacent to most moorings was a small, single room shed/sunroom for use as a living space (maybe not for sleeping) for meals or card playing or just Marina life. At the time I was able to search the location of the boat for sale (MIchigan Im pretty sure) and found the Marina in question..
The Europeans have these little "Garden Houses" for weekend outings or daytrips with friends, not to live in. I thought how nice and now that Im retired and no longer tied to a location, IM interested in finding this marina again. If anyone remembers or has run accross something similar, please let me know...Thanks.
Yes Im stupid for losing the name of the marina once I found it.
While not in Michigan, Huron Lagoons on the Huron River Huron Ohio has such a set up in front of some of their docks .
Heres a screen shot right from their website.
