Does anyone know what pitch was on the original propellers for the 1967 31' Commander Sport Express with the 327F motors? Also, do you have any knowledge about original part numbers, etc.

My 31 salon has 327/350 Q engines and runs the 15x17. I just had them tuned and had a match made for my spare set by Michigan Propellor. Boat just made its first real run here in the Pacific NW , engines only have about 125 hrs since re-build. Turned 18.7 kts at 2300 so I think she is doing what she should and those arebthe correct props for the design. 4 barrel carbs, electronic distributors, one Mallory optical one Seirra magnetic. I had to adjust the internal advance on the Seirra… used a timing light with the advance dial on the back.
