1979 Chris craft commander 410 hardtop removal for transport

I am having a boat prepped for transport by removing flybridge and hardtop. The person doing it is having difficulty detaching the hard top from the windshield. The flybridge and flybridge cowl along with wiring is already removed. If anyone could help with this step by step approach to this it will be very helpful pictures would be great pin of course trying to do this with minimal damage to the boat. Thank you in advance for any help.

On my 45. If you look above, the windshield of mine was pinched between the wood on the flybridge and an inside wood slat. They were screwed together which held it in place. There were 2 steel I beams that went up from the rear of the sliding windows to the floor. Those were bolted onto the flybridge. There were also 2 channels that held wiring, lines, etc that did not support anything. Releasing those 3 things should release the flybridge. If it isn't enclosed there should be 2 rear posts that connect at there rear that would need removed. Then it just lifts off. Then the windshield, which is no fun, requires removing the salon headliner and unbolting about 40 bolts. Then break the sealer and the windshield can be removed.

Hope that helps.
