Commander Badge
Can anyone shed any light on when this badge was used?
Do you have it on your boat? What model and year?
It has a star and 3 vertical stripes in yellow and the boat length in white letters on a red field. It appears that the graphic represents the insignia of a Navy Commander.

Back when I had my 35, I purchased two new ones from Jim & Bob (LPX, now ChrisParts.com) at a rendezvous. I replaced the "faded" ones on my 35, but held onto them because I actually think the originals were more "crisp" in the lettering.
