Crusader 350 to mercrusier 4.3
Just wondering if anyone has done a v8 to a v6.... its only going to be in a local lake.... my crusaders have about 1200 hrs each... if the meter is right...... and a guy local has two low hrs mercrusier 4.3's for $150 for both.... he bought the boat for the boat itself not for the engines....

Wow! What a loaded answer! 1400 hours is near death. But a well-maintained old engine should easily reach 2000 hrs. The main issue with a 60-year-old engines... It's 60 years old! How hard do you run it? Ah, the luxury of Freshwater boats!
