General Discussion

I recently replaced my Even Draw packing gland as it was bottomed out the ears were bent. It did not match the size of my shaft log and was installed with a hose within a hose. I replaced it with the correct Buck Algonquin gland but due to limited room I don’t think there is enough room between the gland and the shaft log to self align. Has anyone had any experiance with the Sure Seal dripless? I can get that to fit if I use the short hose.
