Loss of steering at lower helm
Yesterday I found the lower helm steering no longer steers the boat. The wheel spins with no back pressure. The upper helm steering still works. The fluid reservoir is 2/3rds full and has 20 to 25lbs pressure. I think I have an air lock situation but do not know how to bleed. Is there a need to top off with some fluid at the upper helm station? Any help would be appreciated.
