31 Commander shaft log
On my 31 Commander I have 4” from the end of my shaft coupler to the end of the fiberglass shaft log. Not enough room for the standard Buck Algonquin packing assembly. I can trim the hose end by a few barbs. What is a minimum length for the hose connection at the shaft log?

I will take a few photos tomorrow for everyone. One commentvwas the fiberglass shaft logs were not a standard length. I bought an inside pipe cutter on Amazon. I had a profesional version when I was contracting. Will send a link on this item.
