1976 Commander Sportsman 30
Dear Commander Community,
We are restoring a 1976 Sportsman 30. Does any one have a picture of the original dash and helm.
We’re reworking the dash and gauges which are not OEM but we are hoping to get as close as possible to the originals.

I cant confirm this but I was told that this dash panel which was just cheep plastic was auctually borrowed from a big rig truck dash.
I think it would be really cool to pull a mold from an original and make a nice fiberglass one .
It would be the best of both worlds. You'd get the original look but with much higher quality .
I did this for the dash on my 35 express. And it's repeatable which could help out other commander owner.
