Spray or Roll Epoxy Paint

I’m in the Lakside, Port Clinton, Sandusky, Ohio area. Looking for a solid shop or person that can apply (spray or roll) Axelseal or comparable epoxy paint to my 31’ Commander cabin top. It’s approximately 75 SF (8.6 x 8.6). Would any one have any recommendations?

Hi Alan, hope you're doing well!

If I wasn't buried in a list of projects to do on people's boats , I'd be otherwise happy to do it.

If you end up tackling it yourself, I would highly recommend using "commander off white" which is a custom color that is made by Alexseal. It was derived from a chunk of my own boat which was wet sanded and polished I sent into them back when member Chris Orphal was getting ready to paint his superstructure.

You can contact Alexseal directly at https://www.alexseal.com/contact

Its a high quality brushable catilized acrylic.

While you can use Pettit Easy poxy , it's only a one part paint that is simple to apply however it has very low abrasion and uv resistance wirh a typical life span of around 4-5 years
