I purchased this boat last year. I was wondering if anyone knew where the Hydraulic steering fluid fill is on this system.

Search for this in the posts. There are several posts and at least one has very good step by step instructions.
The reservoir will be on the engine room aft bulkhead. As Tim mentioned, look up Hynautic steering here on the forum and look for the instructions on how to fill, pressurize and bleed the system if necessary.
