2021 Rendezvous

The Algonac Harbor Club, one of the largest deep water marinas accessible by the Great Lakes.  While in downtown Algonac, stroll along 1,800 feet of boardwalk and visit the Algonac-Clay Historical Museum which boasts local history with models of pleasure boats built right in town. There is also ferry access to Walpole Island, Canada.

Enjoy a day of freighter watching from the land or cast your line from a boat.  Algonac State Park rests here on the banks of the St. Clair River. If your passion is the outdoors, this area will suit you well. Come, spend some time in Clay and Algonac and discover the up north atmosphere without the up north commute.

Highlights of a trip to Clay and Algonac include:

• Visiting St. John’s Marsh, which offers a 3,000 acre wildlife sanctuary
• A ferry boat ride to Harsens Island to dine, shop and relax
• Spectacular freighter-watching view along the 1,800 foot boardwalk on St. Clair River
• World-class fishing, as Algonac is known as “The Pickerel Capital of the World”
• Maritime Museum

While the event's focus will be centered around the Commander line of pleasure craft, owners of other vintage Chris Craft models, including the Roamer and Constellation lines, are welcome to attend.

Unfortunately we are not able to cater for anyone showing up spontaneously at the event. You must be registered in order to participate in meal events.

A couple notes:

• Rendezvous Registration closes July 7th and all payments are due by July 8th. Even if you are considering dropping in just for the day, please register so that we can have a badge waiting for you so that you can come and go as desired. If you are not ordering shirts or meals, you can register until July 16th to receive a Captain’s Bag and name tags. Members are welcome to come and visit during the weekend without registering in advance if necessary. Visit the registration area upon arrival.
• When you click to SUBMIT your registration, there may be a couple second delay as you proceed to the Confirmation Screen. During that time you should receive a confirmation email that will display everything you ordered.
• You can pay for the meals via PayPal, Credit card or Debit card or by mailing a check. Once your registration is complete, you will be routed to a payment screen where you can select the method you prefer.
• You can order keepsake event t-shirts even if you don't attend.  We will mail them to you.
