Cutlass bearing replacement
My boat’s out of the water for a bit. Bottom paint being the main reason. While under there, I found the props very difficult to spin. Zincs were totally gone. Any tips for bearing replacement? 1-1/4 shafts. Thanks!

I’m not removing struts. So far, I’ve only got the prop nuts off. Props are going to be tough. Tomorrow I’ll see about disconnecting the shafts at the transmission end.
