Yes, it is here again! The much
treasured giant sized CCCC Wall Calendar featuring
high quality contemporary Chris Craft Commander
photos. This is a must have for any Commander nut!
Because of the awesome quality printing and
finishing buyers of previous years calendars are
known to cut out and frame their favorite shots.
Rediscovered SIF
Our
PR-chair
Robert Cutchins recently rediscovered digital
versions of a couple of old issues of Styled In
Fiberglass (The official CCCC newsletter). They are
now once again available for your enjoyment.
Says
Robert: The 2004 winter issue is one of my
favorites. It has a very engaging "Ships Log" story,
which won rave reviews by everyone, a story by
Dick Avery
himself, and if you'll notice in the "Mailbag"
section, a note was written by the late
Warren
Pateman
Inboard Nut - Commander Nut

CCCC member Ray Willis claims he is an inboard nut
from childhood. Since two months he is now owner of
an unusual inboard, a 27' Commander Hard Top, and
thus a true Commander nut as well
Grant's awesome 422

Three years ago Grant Eriksen
sold his half restored 422 Commander. He has now
bought it back from the buyers and finished the job.
What an awesome battlewagon! Grant also put together
a very nice slideshow featuring the boat under way.
Celebrating our 1000th Member!

Todd Beauchamp of Marquette, Michigan became the
1000th member of the Chris Craft Commander Club on
September 17th 2008. Todd bought his 1967 31’
Commander Hardtop ‘MA’S MINK’ from his grandpa in
2004. His Grandfather had bought the boat in 1974
and had 40 hrs on it.
Hi Hope Commander!

The owners of 410 Commanders are
an active contingent of CCCC members. Lately I got
another set of photos and stories to go with them
from Bob Hope and Richard C. McClure. I am happy to
republish them both for your enjoyment here at
CommanderClub.com:

Commander Website at Your Service

This website design was
created by none less than your faithful Commander
Club Webmaster. How appropriate that I own a
31´Commander named Web Commander! Little did I
realize that I would one day be webmaster of the
Club when I bought the boat on the net in 1998, but
that's another story.
Please let me know what you think
of the site. Suggestions are highly appreciated!
