All
systems have been maintained and are operating. I
have installed fresh water flushing connections to
engines, Gen & ACs to flush the raw water cooling
sides to their closed cooling systems.
This boat has been under cover for a large part of
its life and during our 10 years of ownership in SC
& Fl. It is basically original in her systems but
normal maintenance or replacements or upgrades have
involved heat exchangers, risers, valve work, pumps,
dripless packings, cutless bearings/bushings, pumps,
change to electronic ignition, electric pump on gen
and additional bilge pumps (for security...not
need...bilge is dry). Spare props, risers,
uninstalled breaker system for 12v & 120v, manuals,
spare parts, gaskets, impellers, special tools, etc
are included.
Because
the boat is at our home, I can work with, advise and
train the new owner on all systems for a reasonable
period of time if desired.
In March we
completed the haulout involving bottom painting,
running gear blasting & painting and a marine Survey
(on the hard & in the water by
a SAMS/NAMS
surveyor)
