Specification

  • We purchased Oasis in 2004 and had it moved from Texas by professional transport company to Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota. We have enjoyed her very much and are reluctantly putting her up for sale due to our wish to move up to a larger boat.

  • She is in original condition with all wood interior.

  • The engines are original 327Fs with 4 barrel carbs and are in good condition. They have good compression and burn no oil. The transmissions are also original and are in good shape, one may have been rebuilt by the previous owner.

  • Engine hatch doors were repaired and new SS hinges installed in 2005.

  • The bottom was sand blasted, filled with Watertite Epoxy, sanded and painted with five coats of InterProtect 2000E Epoxy barrier coat in 2004. It was then painted with three coats of West Marine Blue CPP bottom paint.

  • The hull and cabin sides/tops are original gellcoat and are in good condition, with a few dings. Hull and cabin were buffed out and waxed in 2006.

  • Wood in the cabin and bridge is all mahogany and was varnished in 2005. All upholstery in the cabin including curtains and carpet was redone in 2005. A new head liner was installed on the hard top in2005.

  • A new Hummingbird Matrix 17 Fish/Depth Finder with GPS was installed in 2006.

  • The original ice box and electric stove are in good condition. The head is electric and works well.

  • New SS propeller shafts have been installed to replace original bronze shafts that were no longer true. The propellers were reconditioned in 2004 and new cuttlass shaft bearings installed.

  • The trailer was home made by previous owner and has three axles. It is very strong but is limmited to shorter huals. It works very well as a in/out seasonal trailer.

  • Much work has been done in restoring this boat and it is a very good choice for some one looking for an all original 31ft. to bring to like new condition
