Comments:

This model is closely related to the 41 Commander. Together they had a 15 year run from the 1971 to 1986. In those 15 years, there were many changes. Some even quite major, but the lines of the hull remained substantially the same. Most of the changes were for the better.

As for interior decor, just about every year changed. Some were good, some were very dated (tiger lily sinks) padded fabric wall covering, teak interior, practical board tambour, you name it, and that poor boat has probably had it. (I think it missed the 3" white shag headliner in the forward cabin that some of the late '70's smaller CC were subjected to). The '86 and '87 models had some nice wood in the salon.

Great boats, but if you don't like the interior of the one for sale, walk to the next dock and look at the next one! There are lots of them out there and they are not all the same. (Info supplied by Jim Wick LPX-Sales.)
